This newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath duplex is ready for move-in! The unit is freshly painted, with new floors, and an updated kitchen that comes with a refrigerator and stove. Water and lawn care are included in the rent. Rent is $900/month with a $900 deposit. The first applicant to put their deposit down will secure the unit. There is an $30 application fee. At this time, we do not accept Section 8. We are willing to work with those with bad credit, criminal history, and evictions (must not have had an eviction within the last 9 months).
